1.What’s the difference between the Kindling Cracker Original and Kindling Cracker King?
The main difference is the size. The King model is almost twice as big as the Kindling Cracker Original
which allows you to split both taller and wider firewood. If you normally buy already split firewood and
only want to make kindling, the Kindling Cracker Original is perfect for you! If you however have
medium to large firewood or a lot of different sizes, the Kindling Cracker King will get the job done!
Kindling Cracker Original allows you to split firewood with a diameter of approximately 16 cm. Kindling
Cracker King allows you to split firewood with a diameter of approximately 23 cm.
2. Will it need sharpening?
The unique design of the Kindling Cracker means the blade does not need to be razor sharp. You can
lay it flat and sharpen it with a metal file if you would like your blade sharper.
3. Will it wear out with lots of use?
The Kindling Cracker is made from top-grade cast iron and manufactured in a foundry in Australia.
The Kindling Crackers have been created to offer maximum longevity and should last for generations
if cared for and used correctly.
4. Do I get a hammer with the Kindling Cracker?
This is an optional extra, but we recommend that you buy one of our Kindling Cracker Bundles where
a hammer (1,25 kg) is included. You can also buy the hammer separately in our webshop. Our
hammer is specially designed to use with the Kindling Cracker.
5. Can I become a reseller/distributor of the Kindling Cracker?
Fandango Fire Tools is the European agent and distributor of the Kindling Cracker firewood splitter. If
you have a store or a chain of stores that want to sell the Kindling Cracker please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org

7. Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to all countries in Europe.
8. How do I return an item?
You can return any unused item within 30 days from the purchase and we will refund the amount of
the product minus the shipping cost. Note that the product needs to be in its original box/package.
1. Write us an email with your inquiry and your order number to email@example.com and we
will send you a return label.
2. Attach the prepaid return label on the package well.
3. Submit the return package at your delivery agent. Once we have received the package and check
that it has not been used or damaged we will refund the amount of the product minus the shipping
9. How do I claim my money back on defective goods?
Please send us a picture of the damaged product to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back
to you asap.
10. What payment options do you have?
You can pay with PayPal or VISA/MASTERCARD using Stripe.
12. I have just placed an order, where do I see if my order is received?
Within minutes of placing your order you will receive a confirmation order to your e-mail. Sometimes
the order confirmation ends up in the campaign/trash inbox so make sure you check these as well.

back to you asap.
14. What delivery service do you offer?
We ship all packages with UPS straight to your door or to your nearest pick up point.
15. How long is the delivery time?
Delivery time is usually 4-5 workdays to North and Central Europe and 5-7 workdays to South Europe.
